• Saved reports and reassessment history tied to account and workspace context.

3. Accounts and Access

You must use a valid work email address and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not input data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse-engineer or extract proprietary platform logic.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful discrimination or malicious activity.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform infrastructure.

5. Your Data and Inputs

You retain ownership of the data you input and the reports generated from that data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for delivering the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, diagnostic frameworks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of OrgHealthLab and its operator. Your licence is limited to internal business use during the term of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

OrgHealthLab outputs are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before action is taken. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Availability and Changes

9. Termination
